On the official X account of the anime adaptation of “Blue Lock”, it was announced that the second season of the series will be broadcast on Japanese television from October 2024.

The 24-part first “Blue Lock” season was directed by Tetsuaki Watanabe (“Powerful Pro Yakyuu”) at Studio 8-bit and ran from October 2022 to March 2023 in Japan. In this country, it is available in German and in the original language with subtitles from Crunchyroll and is also already available on DVD and Blu-ray. The second part will be released on July 19, 2024.
The side-story film “Blue Lock: Episode Nagi”, which premiered in Japanese cinemas on April 19, 2024.
